Data Enrichment

Through the Enrichment menu, organizations can promote data from discovered accounts to be populated to owner records.

This works based on Account Field Promotion or External System Integration settings.

Account Field Promotion

1. In Hydden.Control, navigate to Enrichment.
2. On the Account Field Promotion tab, enter a job name.
3. From the Source of Truth Application drop-down, select the data source.
4. Start Enrichment Job is now eabled, click the enabled button.

External System Integration

1. In Hydden.Control, navigate to Enrichment.
2. On the External System Integation tab, enter a job name.
3. From the External System drop-down, select the data source.
4. For Manager Field Name, specify the field in the external system that contains manager information.
5. From the Identifier Type drop-down, select from the options of UUID, Email, or Display Name.
6. Specify your preferred Conflict Resolution Strategy, select either Use First Value Found or Flag Conflicts for Human Review (default).
7. Start Enrichment Job is now eabled, click the enabled button.
