Various backend improvement in support of Search Library and Global Search queries and reports.
The default value for the initial failed logon events loading timeframe changed to last 30 days from all available. This is visible in the Failed Logons widget on the Identity Posture dashboard. Hydden collects the full history for these events and organizations can query and view more than the last 30 days.

AWS Secrets (Key Vault) Data Source
This release introduces the AWS Secrets Data Source as a data collector for the Hydden Platform.
Search Library
The Search Library reports have been updated to accommodate for new data collection data types and feature changes. Refer to Search Library. New tile for Vault Integration related queries and reports.
Automate (Preview Feature)
The Integrate menu for Provider and Workflow configuration has been renamed to Automate. A Add to Vault workflow option has been added. The feature is in preview.
Active Directory Audit Data
With this release the Active Directory Data Source provides a configuration option to setup audit data collection. Refer to How to Configure an Active Directory Data Source.
Hydden Platform - v1.16.0

Azure Key Vault Data Source
This release introduces the Azure Key Vault Data Source as a data collector for the Hydden Platform.
PAM and Vault Integration Column Changes in Search
The columns previously used for Vault integration have been changed to better reflect use case across various PAM options.
Actions previously available on the Discovery and Vault columns are now in their own Actions column.

High Availability for On-Prem
HA improvements to better support action workflows and triggers were added for on-prem implementations.
Expanded Add Owner Modal
Owner records keep track of various identities in an organizations application ecosystem. The manual data entry modal now covers fields to reflect employee data.

Provider Webhooks for Threat Rule triggers
Webhook functionality that allows JSON payloads for action triggers with internal and external system notifications. These new options can be used to trigger based on threat rule matches.

Threat Score - Insights and Recommendations
The Insights and Recommendations page now provides a Threat Impact History graph for a deep dive into threat score development over time by specific framework practice.

Universal Collector
The customization options for the Universal Collector provide internal and external schema configuration options to support various application requirements for data collections.

Ag.grid Migration
The Configuration | Discover table grids have been migrated to ag.grid for this deployment.
Documentation specific changes
The technical documentation portal provides a redesigned landing page for quick access to the most frequented topics and other corporate resource links.
German localization of all documentation topics is now available. The UI, however, is not localized, as such the images continue to show English text. To switch the language, use the language toggle on the bottom of the left table of contents navigation frame or the localization tile on the doc portal landing page.

- Data Sources table grid default column settings trimmed for focus on most important columns.

Hydden Platform - v1.14.0

Data Source Configuration
With the refactoring of the Data Source Configuration modal, the collector platforms are selected via tiles with corresponding logos. The actual configuration page is split into the initial must have fields and an advanced configuration, which can be configured later. Existing data sources are automatically migrated to the changed workflow.
Refer to the Data Sources Overview topic for the full details. All supported data sources topics have been updated with based on the new workflow steps.
The table grid on the Data Sources page was migrated to an AG Grid component and provides the same view customization options as available under Global Search. Users can search, sort by column groups, hide and enable columns, and use filters for a customized view of the data.
Tenant Configuration
The tenant configuration information page has been refactored to streamline the information delivery for the user.
SailPoint Data Source
Hydden Platform supports SailPoint IIQ and ISC as data sources for data collections. Refer to How to Configure a SailPoint Data Source.
Preview Features
Hydden Universal Collector
With the Hydden Universal Collector, organizations can standup identity data collections for any application in their application ecosystem. Refer to How to Configure a Universal Collector. The collector works with the Customize Collectors feature.
Hydden Platform - v1.12.4

Today's deployment provides the option to identify an Azure Resource Account if the account is for a shared mailbox. Thus, it allows to identify accounts configured for meeting rooms or similar from other user or service accounts separately, as MFA functionality usually won't be set or needed.

Various UI Improvements
- The remaining UI labels of "Identity" and "Identities" were changed to "Owner" and "Owner Properties" across the product.
- 3rd-party product logos were added to various data grids and reports.

Integrate
The Integrate configuration menu was added to support action provider and workflow configuration for email notification or Ticket creation on collected data.

Supported OpenID for AD FS Configuration
For walled off on-prem installations Hydden fully supports an OpenID setup via Active Directory Federated Services (AD FS) configuration. Refer to How to Configure an OpenID Provider for AD FS
Preview - RB-DAC
Role-based Data Access Control is available as a preview feature and can be added to a customer's tenant upon request. Contact Customer Support to learn more.
MFA Status Data Standardization
Standardized data points for MFA Status information across all types of data sources. These standardization improvements are visible in Global Search reports and the Account MFA Search Library query and report.
Bug Fixes
- Various navigation and performance improvement fixes across the product from API token expiration and rate limiting, to 404 page navigation, and view time support for the logon widget on the Identity Posture Dashboard.

BeyondTrust Password Safe Integration
With the addition of the BeyondTrust Password Safe integration, organizations gain visibility into their BeyondTrust managed accounts and groups.

AS/400 Data Source
The AS/400 Data Source collects AS/400 data points to create threat insights into risks associated with accounts enabled for the AS/400 environment.

Group Details Page
The new Group Details page provides and overview of Groups and Group Memberships discovered.
Insights and Recommendations Threat Rule Configuration
The Insights and Recommendations Threat Rule Configuration now allows several frameworks to be configured for the same risk group.

Documentation Access
The documentation access has been moved behind the tenant login. Users can access the documentation pages via the Documentation menu in the left navigation area. The documentation opens in a new browser tab.
Bug Fixes
- Added the Total Threat column as a default column when navigating from the Identity Posture Dashboard to the saved searches report results.
- Added a clear filters option to the entity details pages.
- Fixed a page navigation error when clicking the Configuration menu.

Account Details Page
The new Account Details page is part of Hydden's entity details pages rollout. The Account Details provide an overview of the main data points associated with an account.
New Collectors
PAN-OS® Data Source
The PAN-OS Data Source collects PAN-OS data points to create threat insights into risks associated with accounts enabled for Palo Alto Networks' next-generation firewalls.
vSphere Data Source
The VMWare® vSphere Data Source collects data points to create threat insights into the accounts enabled for the enterprise workload engine.
Classification Rules
Classification rules can now be assigned to specific data sources only, this is an optional configuration option. Refer to Classification Rules.
Bug Fixes
- Reflect the last login date for Entra ID accounts.
- Switch user functionality works for all OpenID Providers.
- Data sorting issue in Global Search grids.
- Handling of date columns for grouped data in Global Search.
- General improvement to Identity Posture click-thru widgets.

CyberArk Integration
The CyberArk integration provides visibility into the vault status of all accounts discovered by Hydden across your identity ecosystem. By collecting information on all vaulted, user, and service accounts within CyberArk, Hydden enables organizations to identify which discovered accounts are already in the vault and which are candidates for addition — as such, providing a simple path to add discovered accounts to a CyberArk safe or the CyberArk Discovery, and providing continuous discovery for changes in accounts following the initial integration and data collection.

Preventing Account Remapping
The Data Source modal now has a Block Remapping checkbox to prevent accounts from being remapped after initially determining that they shouldn't be mapped.

Updated Search Library Landing Page and Queries
The Search Library tiles have been reorganized to better capture operational query groups.
Entity Details Pages
With the rollout of the Owner Details page, we are adding summarized entity details to Hydden, which can be accessed quickly via the Global Search data tabs.
User Profile Page
The new User Profile page provides user-specific data and an option to switch accounts via the configured OIDC providers.

Insights and Recommendations Page
Organizations can now, from the Threat Score widget, click-thru to an Insights and Recommendations page. The Insights and Recommendations provide details about the Threat Score based on configured Threat Rules that are matched to Cybersecurity framework controls. Each threat rule can be matched to a framework and utilize standard framework control recommendations or organizations can add their own texts via the Threat Rules configuration page.
Supported frameworks are NIST CSF v2.0, CRI T4v2, and CIS v8.
On the add or edit Threat Rules modal, organizations have the option to specify if a rule should be shown in reports and/or the Identity Posture dashboard.
New Owner Creation Tab
A new tab has been added to the Identify configuration section. Organizations can now add Owner Creation rules besides the existing option of Account Mapping Rules.

Redesigned Identity Posture Dashboard
The Redesigned Identity Posture Dashboard paves the way for more changes to come in the Hydden UI. Redesigned widgets with click-thru functionality to query results allow data dives into an organization's Identity Attack Surface.

Identity Mapper Updates
Hydden continuously updates the functionality of the Identity Mapper. This release brings more options to customize identity mapping.

Resolved Issues
This release addresses the following issues:
- MFA state changes were not updated during data collections.
- Failed login events for Azure not correctly reported.
- Search Library Queries:
- The General Account Query did not work with the Account Name filter.
- The Direct Group Membership Query did not work with the Member Name filter.

Global Search Redesign
This release delivers phase 1 of the Global Search redesign.
Classification Rules
Classifications and Classification Rules provide a fine-tuning option for data queries. To configure, navigate to Configuration | Identify and select the Classification Rules tab.
Data Store Replication and Backup/Restore
With the rollout of the Data Store Replication feature, primary tenant owners can configure data replication and utilize backup and restore options.
X.509 Certificates
Tenant owners can use the Certificates configuration page to generate X.509 certificates for Web Services used in their environment.

This week's Hydden release features the following changes.
New Threat Rule: Z-Score for Account Group Membership
The Account Z-Score threat rule provides the ability to detect accounts with group membership outside the standard distribution for accounts on a data store. It allows the selection of a min/max Z-Score and a min/max Mean group membership to identify potential outliers for account group membership on a platform.
With the introduction of the Account Z-Score threat rule, a new report is available under the Search Library's Group reports. The Account Z-Score report displays the calculated mean and standard deviation values.
Improved Messaging on Manual Identity Imports
Improved status messages are provided while manually importing identity data via CSV files. Manual identity imports are referenced in the tenant audit log.
