Status Errors

Data Source Error States

An error free data collection is indicated through a status message of Scan completed successfully for x entities in y {time}. Messages like the following indicate an error condition:

• scan failed after y {time}: Verify you have the correct credentials configured for the data source.
• No collectors found for configured site: Verify you have the correct collectors selected for the configured site.
• failed to connect to: {IP address or site}: Verify the network connection of the systems.

Detailed error messages are provided through mouse hover over the status message.
