Group Details
The Group Details page provides an overview of a specific Group record discovered by Hydden.
Data Tiles
The following tiles with information are visible:
- Group Information: This data includes the name and data collector.
- Membership Information: Provides details about Direct and Total Members Counts. Where total members includes indirect group memberships, such as members that have been added by adding a group vs individual members.
Data Tabs
The following tabs are available for themed data views:
- Group Membership: The list of members in the Group.
- Login History: The login history of direct and indirect group members.
Share
On Tenants that have the Integrate Action Providers and Workflows feature enabled, the share button is active on the details page. The button allows users, depending on the configuration, to send an email or create a ServiceNow ticket or both with instructions to further investigate the group record.
